"Jazz, Wine & Beer Crawl"

After many, many years we have decided to place the Annual Downtown Columbia "Jazz, Wine & Beer" Pub Crawl on "hiatus." Think of it as a well-deserved sabbatical. We want to especially thank all the restaurants and venues -- past and present -- for opening their doors to the Jazz Series and allowing us to "occupy" their space on a fall Thursday night for the past 15 years. We also want to thank all the many musicians and bands who performed at those venues and made the pub crawl that much more special. And, we want to extend great thanks to the many sponsors -- in particular Glazer's, N.H. Scheppers Dist. Cos., Flat Branch Pub & Brewing, Carrie Gartner and The District staff, Blue Note and others, whose generosity, likewise, allowed the Pub Crawl to flourish these many years and become a very special once-a-year event. Currently, we are "retooling" the Pub Crawl, seeing how we could make the event even better. Again, thanks to everyone who has participated in any or all of the Jazz Series Pub Crawls and helping to make each one a success.
